hi guys- yes the gearbox was drained and refilled although the noise happens when revving the car stationary as well as on the move- ill check the oil level as well. will check all the airbox pipework tonight as spookily it only started making the noise after the shaft was fitted !! cheers

Update- finally- the video shows 2 points to put the screwdriver Adjusting side to side isnt a problem as the screwdriver has something to grip on Trying to adjust up and down is impossible because there is nothing to grip inside the plastic hole with the screwdriver!!
