    I change the oil & filter every six month, I just think when you go on mileage you don't take engine idling, driving conditions and climate conditions into account do I just say every six month regardless of mileage, mind I'm no expert that's just my opinion.

    I applied copper grease to the brake pad where the piston meets. I think I need to strip it back down grease the metal sliders were the pads sit and look at the sliding pins that hold the caliper on, more time cleaning and greasing I think.

    Next service in July going to use 0w 30 might give it a flush also going to start using genuine Honda I've been using blueprint filters (oil,fuel etc).     Thanks for the reply i did try a 8mm and it seemed to big i will give it another go and the top bolt has been rounded off by the honda garage as the car has a full service history before i bought it.

    Struggling to find the right size hex key to relase the caliper and also the top bolt seems to be rounded off, any ideas to a solution so i can change my pads without visiting a garage thanks guys.
