Accord type R wheels are silver unless sprayed white afterwards. Championship white is a nice Honda colour though. ;)

Lol, Got my springs from a local motor factor round my way, they are made by APEX and they are 30mm drop, good quality and reasonable price.

I didnt even know they did the 7th gen with an SOHC engine, wierd. mines a 6th gen 2001 facelift sport, does yours look like mine or completely different?

To be honest mate, i've never heard of anybody doing anything with ecu's on the F series engines that we have. :(

Hi mate, i run 16x7j wheels on my accord with 205/50 tyres and it has been lowered 30mm. I used to run 18x7.5 with 215/35 tyres to stop them rubbing. 245 would be way to wide for a 6th gen accord and a bit overkill

30mm is plenty on mine and i cant get my foot between arch and tyre. Its all down to preference though. I couldnt go any lower due to where i work.
