I have had my accord serviced at the same main dealer since new and I have repeatedly asked why they use 5-30W oil and I always get the same reply that Honda recommend 5 -30W for the 7th series diesel engine. I must add that I have now done 122,000 miles in 5 years with no problems.

My facelift 2007 with sat nav and premium sound system is exactly the same with only one set of pre sets. AM/FM button just goes FM - LW - MW.

I agree completely with Shiny, I only use my blade on the windows to remove heavy dew etc, if the windows are slightly dirty though you end up with a streaky mess. I have always used a good chamois when washing the car but recently moved on to a microfibre towel which is very good.

I am amazed that Honda UK have not updated their website for the Accord to show the new facelift car for 2012 when the new brochure has been out for months now, this is not very professional especially now the cars are on the road.

Oscar, It is also to do with weight saving and trying to get the emissions as low as possible, most manufactures seem to be going down the same route.

I agree with Kpanchev for all the work and money you would need to do this upgrade it would be far easier and cost effective to sell yours and buy a 6 speed with dark chrome wheels and trim.
