Hi Phil, If you follow the dipstick tube down to the sump, you'll find the oil pressure switch just above and to the left of the tube. The crank sensor is down there too(to the left) but it has a lead, the oil switch doesn't Robin

Is there a reason people are buying reconditioned calipers? Why not just pop the piston out, flush it all out, clean the piston, change the seal and pop it back in? It's probably one of the easiest jobs to do if you've got a few basic tools and the seal kit is around £30 Robin

Hi You can remove the sump in car without removing the subframe. You will however need a cross strut lifting beam, as the sump doesn't quite clear the subframe with the engine sat in it's usual position, you need to lift it a couple of inches. You also need to either remove or loosen the air...
