Got a diagnostic done at Honda for £30 which was great. Code was for NSR ABS sensor. Getting the old one out was an absolute pig but I've fitted a new one from euro car parts. ABS light has gone out now but the one for TC is still on and the VSA one comes on as soon as I drive it down the road...

Thanks for the replies guys. Got a mate at a Honda dealer to book it in on Monday for a diagnostic check for £50. Will let you know what happens. With all those systems failed it's nice that I don't have to turn off TC to rip it out of a junction anymore. Every cloud... lol

Ah that explains it. Tried it with both torque app and a standalone OBD2 reader.

If it was a wheel speed sensor wouldn't it give me a fault code for that?

Took my car to have a wheel bearing changed and there was an identical 55 plate 2.4 manual in the workshop with 94k on the clock with a snapped drive shaft. Mine is the exact same model except two years older and with thousands more miles on the clock. Uh-oh...

The car makes a metallic scraping sound when turning left at low speeds so I'm thinking it might be O/S/F wheel bearing. Taking it to Honda this week to get a diagnosis so will update this post as soon as I know more.

It was doing it with normal tyres and I've now changed to winter ones. The winter ones are way louder but that's normal Landover style tyre hum.

The gearbox feels really nice to use and the car is driving really well. Just got constant bearing type noise when doing between 40-60 mph.

First I thought it was just a wheel bearing. Now I'm not so sure. Has anyone had problems with driveshaft/gearbox bearings? The car is nearly at 100k miles and has worked pretty hard so far...

where can I get a header from and how much would it be? would I need to drop the subframe to change it or would it come out ok? would love a header, high flow cat and remap for my cl7 k24.

Anybody know how much power steering fluid I will need to flush the old stuff out and fill up again with fresh? I'm only going to use genuine Honda stuff because I've heard all the horror stories of how sensitive those pumps are.

Couldn't find those brands but just ordered an SNR branded bearing from euro car parts. Got it for just over 100 quid using a 10% off voucher. Hopefully should do the job and last a few trips down the autobahn lol

Is there anyone here that has figured out which brand makes the wheel bearings for Honda? Need a N/S/R one for my 2.4 saloon but the dealer prices are mental. If we can figure out where they really come from we can probably get the same ones the dealers use from somewhere cheaper I guess?
