Hi Thank you for letting me know Jon about the mot. The 4 torx bolts in the top of it, can they be undone and the electronics removed ? In order to get intoit without having to remove it completly. I think the electronics are still working and it is just heavily coated in soot. Best regards

Hi Update : Changed MAF Sensor made a little bit of difference. Changed fuel. Added loads of different types of additives to the fuel to see if a cleaner could sort it. Going to try to strip and clean EGR Valve. best regards

Hi Update. Struggled trying to remove egr valve. Gave up in the end. Ordered new, third party made maf sensor. Hopefully will be here for the weekend. Best regards

Hi Update. Unplugged MAF sensor. Management light came on. Acceleration was back until limp home mode kicked in. Plugged the sensor back in, cleared the 2 fault codes generated. Tested egr and other sensors with diagnostic tool. Changed the 2 security torx screws with normal pozzi drive...

Hi I will unbolt it tomorrow and see how it run's. What type of tool is it too unbolt the sensor ? If it is not the MAF and is the EGR valve, how big a job is it to strip and clean ? Just looking at fault readers on ebay. Best regards
