Yes high level does come on its only the right rear light doesn't glow when pedal is pressed but both left and right comes on when main lights are turned on.

oh i see... i was under the impression it was the same filament in charge of these two duties i.e glowing when the brake pedal is pressed and staying on constantly when the lights are turned on. will get my bulbs changed then. Thanks Greyedout :)

depends on what the datatype of those columns are if its datetime then yes they are indeed storing date which you can use cast or convert function to convert it to something meaningful. but if its not datetime datatype, it could be encrypted data which may not be editable.
