instrument cluster

Hey, I was wandering if it's possible to upgrade my pre-facelift Accord (without board computer) with an ECU and instrument cluster from a facelift one? Is this upgrade possible, and if yes on what price? What should be my concerns if I try in that way. Or is there a way to take the board...
