Hi all
Just realised I've had the accord for a year now so must be time for an update from the antipodes
Over the last year I've managed to cover 22k miles so my '05 diesel has now got a grand total of 31k miles on the clock
- apart from a new set of tyres (NZ$800 = £412) and a couple of services, I've not had to spend any money
. Living in the country so very few traffic lights and lots of 60mph driving (although the roads are a mix of hills and tight corners) I'm averaging 52-54mpg ... and diesel is only NZ$1.56 (80p) per litre
Question: I know that the diesel uses different suspension from the petrol but is it possible to fit larger sway bars to stop it rolling around so much when cornering? Mind you, winter is on it's way so the roads will be wet and slippery so I should just slow down!
Cheers, AJ
