1500 rpm miss solution

Has anyone ever found a solution to the 1500 rpm miss
So far I've tried a full honda service
All filters and oil
A known good egr valve
Cleaned IM
BUTTERFLY

Is there anything else?

No idea if it's linked but a non genuine fuel filter seems to be the cause of lots of problems.

I've used all genuine parts to service the car. I had read on here about the FF so made sure to use oem parts. ALSO tried disconnecting the imrc to see if it stopped but makes the missing seem worse going mad
