1st time vtech owner

Hi lads.

I just got my 2006 Honda Accord and was looking for some info how what I should be doing.

The was just services by the Dealer.

My mate said I should be checking the oil alot on it as the Vtech eats it.

Is this true ? Whats the best oil to get for it ?

Any other tips would be great

Sone vtec cars do get through more than us oil burners - go figure

My son got his first Vtech the other day and loves it alot

Any car can use oil, burning it is the wrong description however, if you're burning oil you'll see blue smoke and you've got a problem, so using oil is not an issue, but as for any engine, you should check the oil level at least once a month be it a honda or not.
