Cheap and nasty single pass kit mate. A larger IC doesn't always mean more power. We've tuned quite a few Civic's running those kits now and none have made any better power than the stock IC, and in all cases due to the pressure drops, they've needed to be pushed harder to make the same power.
Bear in mind, Honda have optimised their IC setup to work with the stock turbocharger and a great deal of testing will have gone into the efficiency of the cooler, pipework and pipework routing before they settled on it. If you really want a bigger cooler, then go for a high quality one with quality pipework and look for a dual pass setup.
