2.4 service intervals

Hi, going to look at a 2.4 executive tomorrow. Looks like it will be due its 108k service. Is this a minor or major service and rough idea of cost so can factor in cost. Many thanks.

There is no 108k service, it will either be 108 months or 112500 miles. If it is due this service then it is oil and filter, check over and brake fluid change.

Thanks, thought it was 12k service interval not 12.5. I understand 6k oil changes are a good idea though !

When the 7thgen accord was launched it was 12k intervals then they changed it to 12500 I think October 03 or 04. From memory it was to attract lease companies.

1 or 2 K miles isn't going to make that much difference.
The 2.4 engine is pretty much bullet-proof. Will easily do 200,000 miles
