2004 Acura TSX same as 2003 2.4 accord?

Prob been asked a load a times but if i were to buy parts (skunk2 exhaust, weaponR header, Magnaflow CAT) for an Acura TSX 2004 would it be a direct fit for mu 2003 2.4 accord type s.
