2005 Tourer foglight replacement

Hi all, had an encounter with some local wildlife resulting in a damaged fog light (car is a 2005 petrol Tourer), is this a bumper off job to replace? Also, anywhere you could
recommend for a reasonably priced unit? Looks like I have to buy the whole thing including the plastic surround...
