2011 Honda Accord tourer 2.2 Sat Nav DVD unit

Hi,
My sat nav unit has failed. Can I use any Hinda Unit? My P/N is 39540-TL7-E020-M1. I am seeing other Honda units on e-bay but none match my part number. Are the DVD units interchangeable between models or do I need exact part number for replacement

Take a fresh wipe tissue, and a thin ruler, wrap the ruler with the tissue, eject the disc, switch ignition off, insert the implement into the disc slot and wipe across from two o'clock to ten o'clock. Wipe the disc with a lint free cloth, and insert. it may have the desired effect if not do not...

Sorry should have said thin ruler, the knife is to cut your throat if it does not work. LOL
