Have a 03 type s K24. Looking to drop the suspension as I feel the wheels look a little small in the arch, also to sharpen up handling, it does suffer a little bit with body roll. Was told the 40mm Apex wont impact the comfort too much, 10% loss I believe. Last thing I want is to ruin the ride, and I don't want it looking like a modified car.
Has anyone picture of this setup on 17in wheels. Also my shocks are as old as the car and have 168k miles on them. I am guessing it would be an idea to replace these first. Any thoughts on coilovers. A mechanic friend of mine said he would never put them on a road car as they are too hard. Did not want to second guess him but is the whole idea of them so that you can adjust them to your desired comfort.
