Hi all,
After purchasing my 2.4 Ex a month ago i noticed that the CD autochaged wouldn't load CD's and showed "CD Err" on the dispaly. I wasn't to bothered as i knew that i have a full 12 month warranty on the car. I took it back to them and they confirmed that it was faulty. They said they would order a replacement and get back to me. 2 weeks passed so i cantacted them again, this time thay said that they would need to sent the unit off for repair. I explained as long as it was just the unit that was taken out that would be fine as all the heating controls were electronic. I picked the car up last night and they had taken everything out, DVD, Sat Nav screen etc. NOT HAPPY! I'ts very diificult driving with a misted up vehicle.
What I need to know is, can the changer unit be sent off separately or does it all have to go?
