6th Gen Hatch Tailgate dismantal

Hi,

I have a dent in the tailgate, the guys coming to knock it out on Thursday.
Apart from taking the obvious screws out, how do I get the internal trim off the inside of the tailgate/

Is simply a pull off job or something more to it?

Any help would be appreciated.

AFAIK just a case of pulling but be careful as the plastic tabs can be easily broken

Try pulling some of the tabs a little out (as far as they go) then get a screw driver and push the clip part in and they should just slide out.

Failing this, do what Charlie has said and just pull.
