ABS / VSA error #23

Hi guys,
looking for any advice

ABS is telling me error 23, which should be rear right sensor.
(23 – pulser RR)

So i was thinking about buying new one again ( both rear sensors has been replaced recently)
I tried to swap right and left sensors, delete error codes, and after 100m driven, it still shows error 23

So if sensors are ok, what would you suggest check as next ?

Possible wheel bearing,the magnetic ring in the wheel bearing weak, poor connections on the wiring harness.
