Hi guys, not sure if this is normal, but sometimes when starting my car the abs and/or the vsa light comes on them goes out immediately when the engine fires (I-cdti). This coincides with the speed in which the starter turns the engine, sometimes it sounds a little sluggish, as if the battery is getting past its best ( which it isn't, last year had a bosch one fitted), and other times it turns over fine and the lights go out as they should?
When I say a little sluggish, it is only slightly less than the starter should turn the engine over.
Hope this makes sense, just want any problems sorting out before the warranty runs out :)

It's same with mine and I think it is normal. Vsa module is not making sounds so it is just missfire or belt slides a lil bit. That's why lights comes out. But it is just my opinion. Some1 will give you better answer i'm sure

About the battery, my car is exactly the same like yours. It would fire up easier and better if the battery has been fully charged. I'm wondering if the glow plug need to be changed....... only guessing

Mine did that on occasions until I fitted a new battery from Honda. All ok now

It does sound like a low battery issue... as it's not very old then maybe bad connections, or there is an overnight parasitic drain?
