AC problem

Hi guys

Today morning i noticed something strange with my climate control.
The AC is turning on for 2-3 seconds and off alone with the AC off on the control unit, and when i turn it on it does not start immediately but after some time and running for 2-3 seconds and again turns off.
I leaved the car to work and waited some time and i noticed that it starts and turns off every 2 minutes work for some second and stut down and works the same with the climate control on , off or auto on the control unit

Any help is welcome

The ecu shuts the compressor down if there's not enough refrigerant in it.
Could be right on the threshold of what it sees as acceptable?

So the first thing to do is refill the AC if i understand well?

Go see an aircon specialist and have them look at it.

Mine does weird stuff. I have a bit of trouble figuring out how to just use the fan without AC. It keeps trying to do the thinking for me and add AC to the mix. Trying to just run the heater and fan last night to change the coolant was slapstick comedy for bystanders and a frustrating tragedy from my perspective. Now I know how my parents feel trying to change the time on the microwave..

Even though I live in a fairly warm climate I drive a lot at night and usually prefer the outside air. Love that sunroof.
