Hi all, need some advice?
last winter i curbed my Honda Accord straight into a corner curb ’was snowing’ front tyre hit the curb very hard and drove home with tracking completley off. Had relatively new front tyres at the time they are now due for a change front left is wearing from outside they are michellin tyres and barley done 15000miles out of them.
Had the car tracked and they got steering near enough centred but not quite been back to them 3 times and they cant get the car going straight even thou on the print out all looks ok since then car has pulled left on the motarway you have to fight with it to keep it centered.
Car past MOT recently and they checked all front end no issues everything is straight. Any advice?

The only adjustment you have up front is the tracking, and they can still set that straight even if the wheel was sat 2" further back in the arch.

I'd imagine you've either got a bent lower control arm, or it's twisted the LCA mounts at the subframe a little.

Cheers for the response Matt, i think you may be right. Will need to get it on a ramp and have a good look. Control arm is not cheap on the Accord.
So far everyone who has had a look say's they cant see anything wrong.

Lower control arm's under £100 from euro car parts. Not that hard to fit either if you're feeling brave.

LCA is £73 from Euro Car parts, not feeling to brave as i always start something and then get stuck.
I just hope replacing the LCA will resolve the issue, going to get it up on a ramp and have a good look.
Nothing is obvious to the eye.

Measure from the lower balljoint back to a fixed point on the car (along the cars length) on each side.

That'll tell you if the arm's been knocked back, then it's just a case of finding where the mis-alignment is coming from.

I remember when i had the car tracked they did measure up both sides and said both are equal couldn't see anything out of alignment.
I read on another forum someone mention a Hunter alignment geometry computer is best to align a Honda? I have found a couple if places in Derby who do have them may get it checked out, need 2 front new tyres's asap also so may get it all done in one go, i use the car to travel to and from work so like it to be in shape.

I have just put the car on Gumtree also https://www.gumtree.com/p/honda/honda-accord-2.2-cdti-2007/1151652049. Not really fussed about selling it thought i may just test the waters.

its done me good but time to go back to Germans i think, I sold a BMW 320D M sport and bought this Accord instead, Honda is value for money but you cant beat the drive of a 3 series M sport, unfortunately i cant afford a decent BMW just yet.

My accord has always pulled left after new tyres suspension parts and numerous allingments including hunter. Its very annoying but I've learned to just accept it.I have seen a few threads saying rear adjustable camber arms have helped the issue but I'm to tight and wana keep my car on the road for as little as possible rather than throw money at it. Good luck if you ever get to the cause of it let us know please.

you might have bent a tie rod or even the steering knuckle by only a couple of mm
