Accord F18 modifying

hi ive got a accord 1.8 vetec the f18 engine and im wanting more power and was wondering if the b16/b18 head would fit to a f18 bottom end??? if it would fit what sort of gains should i expect and would chaning the inlet manifold n ecu do anything too. this is a budget project and don't really want to spend £2k on a decent b18 or b16 engine so any info would much appreciated. also is the exhaust path of a integra the same as my w reg accord as looking at pics online they look similar. I may seem rude, but I'm gonna get straight tuo the point to save me listing all the reasons your idea is not worth the expense.

The F18 block is by no means a power house with just 136hp, and is made purely for economy. They don't even respond well to tuning, being a SOHC and having a ECU that cannot be altered. The biggest problem is that they are closed deck, which makes them more fragile to forced induction, unlike the F20B6 which despite being related to the F18 is an semi-open deck block and much stronger, making it great for turbo application.

My advice is, go for a H22A7 swap, or buy a Type-R. I went H22 last year, and it's been great. Lots more tuning options, respond well to simple mods etc....Definetely one of the greatest engines Honda has made.
