Anythings possible mate. Think you're going to need the rails from the other seats and then 'modify' the rails to fit, then just fit the seats to them.

There are a couple of sets of the Type R carbon/leather recaros on ebay, big money though! I'm currently keeping my eyes out for a new interior, but there doesn't seem to be much out there. If the newer seats would fit that would be great. Would there be any issues with the airbags though?
I was trying to buy leather seats from Executive CG8/CG9, but unfortunately i did not found left hand drive seats, so i was wondering if I could get leather front seats from CL7/CL9, because there are few on ebay, and get rear seats from my generation.
Type R Recaros are very good, but I prefer leather and comfy style. I have wife and daughter, and I am not a racer :lol:
The best option would be to have one CL9 Executive for long distance trips, and Type R CH1 for fun and track

The ATR was offered in left hand drive, and leather was an option. But they're not cheap though. Expect to pay around £2000 for a full set of ATR seats in leather.
Your best bet would be to have some subframes made to fit the newer seats.
But then i don't think that rear bench from a 7th gen will fit into a 6th no matter what you do.
i think it depends what your wanting to have lol the ATR seats are really nice but big bucks as already said, they will bolt streaght in too.
the 7th gen seats mite but if i was you i would post in the 7th gen area asking if any owner is willing to message the distance between the bolt holes, across and long ways and if they could post a pic for the angle the frame fits
only if you really want to fit 7th gen in.
I would think the air bag plug woud be diffrent too, but it wouldnt be hard to fit bullets and join the wires.
Hmm, I watched on Honda original parts, and saw that seat rails are not the same, so I am not going to buy CL7/CL9 front seats.
I guess the only option is to wait the proper seats.
