Accord Help

do you find your 110 passat feels very quick my golf doesnt really seem nippy wether or not its because im used to it or just not that quick?

my Passat is far from quick. it has enough poke to get by but my Accord is noticeably quicker. although you do have to drive the Accord differently due to all the torque being at the other end of the rev range.

I use my Passat for work because I do high mileage and for a diesel the *** engine is pretty reliable.

the 2.0 petrol is ideal for me as a second car as it is used mainly for local travel and by the other half for her spending sprees while I am at work.
I don't have to worry about it turning on me and landing me with any large bills as the 2.0 engine is pretty bullet proof.
if you only intend to do about 10k a year the 2.0 makes perfect sense because the diesel will cost more and you world get lower spec for more money.
it all depends how much you are willing to spend really. if your budget is between 2 and 3k get a petrol. you will get lower mileage and it will be cheaper and the diesels in that price range ar are at the mileage were you will potentially get expensive problems.

like I said it all depends on your budget really. if you are spending around 5k then consider a fairly low mileage diesel with a good warranty.

oh. and the gear changes are pretty short and very positive. the Accord has a very good gear change.

I know you cant tell alot from a picture but what does this one look like with the milage and that ?

Looks a good car on the face of it

Great rare colour, penta alloys and spoiler

As said already give it a good test drive, slow over bumps etc but the main thing in my eyes is always the V-TEC test :)

Very nice

That looks ok but i think you can do better. Also the red does fade on the Accord and underneath the polish that car may well be pink.
