Accord I-CDTI CAN bus wires?

Hi, to connect my oem sat nav to the can bus i need to locate the can-h and can-l wires, i cant seem to find the info i need and that why i am asking here, does anybody here know where i can tap into the can wires on a accord icdti 2007?

I think that Can-hi and Can-lo are on a 20-pin connector, Hi is pin 8 (white) and Lo is pin 18 (red), and they connect the Navi direct to the Gauge Control Module
