The radio amplifier module. Doesn’t have an co ax terminations.
Can these standard radios be used with motorised. Telescopic aerials.
Instead of the rear screen ones.
I’m after maximum signal in dbs. Fur the radio I can get.
Like quality hi fi. Standard. Or. Close. To it
Even installing the best aerial. On the boot area. Rear quarter. Any suggestions. From
Club members please

I'm honestly not sure what you're trying to ask, mate. If you're asking about getting a high-quality radio signal, maybe a head unit with DAB support is the way to go.

What it is mate. I don’t beleive rear screens. Aerials. Get the best. Signal.
I want an fm. Signal. That’s. Stronger
Not dab. Not really interested in dab.
Just. Best available. Fm signal. From a better aerial.

Is yours a saloon or tourer ?

Not that I have looked closely at the preamplifiewr inside my vehicle, but there is a thread on the site which can be found by searching for 'diversity', the method of getting the signals out of a glass embedded with wires as Honda intended.

You shoud find there will be a coaxial cable at some point in the line from the rear window to the radio, and it should not be too difficult to cut into a fit the correct connector adaptor for installing an FM antenna.

In older vehicle designs the best FM signal (European frequencies, overseas has different band to the usual 88-108MHz) will be an end fed stiff wire of just over 1.3m in length, bolted in the centre of the metal roof (or slightly further back if you have a sunroof).

I would concur (as does the moajority of the planet) that DAB is not the way to go for hi fidelity. Unfortunately countries such as Norway didn't listen to the science

I would never mock forum members, nor anyone that fell for the con.

Note how the industry is now gunning for DMB, incompatible to the one currently in the radios and stores.

Existing digital TV transmission masts can provide it, so no additional infrastructure needed.

Since bandwidths. Were opened up. To allow. More business as such.
It’s Way of charging more. For radio frequencies. In the same way as sky. Or similar.
Fm. Stereo. Even on cars. Is far superior. I think.

Quantity over quality.

It is of concern there are very few DAB+ standalone receivers out there with dual speakers.
