Accord Sport 2002 CG8 heated mirrors

Hello,

Is it possible that I have heated mirrors on my 2002 Sport CG8 with manual AC when I hit the rear windshield defrost button?
I know that models with digital AC (ES, EXECUTIVE) had that mode, but now I am confused.
These days it was snowing, and I think that ice melted on my mirrors after 10 minutes, maybe this button is connected to the heated mirrors......
Anyone knows?

I thought that all modern cars had heated mirrors that came on with the rear screen? I know my 6th gen Civic had them and I'm pretty sure that my old metro had them!

touch it with your fingers, you can feel if it gets hot or not.

My heated mirrors operate from the rear window defrost button on my CG8.

I have heated mirrors, today after 5 minutes I touched them and they were warm.
I wonder if all 6th generations made in Swindon have it? LuvmyAccord said that type R doesnt.....

type-R doesn't have a lot of things what other has.... sad. but designers thought that few more kg will make it not so fast so stripped everything away

But they still have A/C and 4 electic windows though. That just doesn't seem to make sense to me. Unless they just thought that if they added more toys then they'd have to put the price up from new.

Maybe the designers thought that seeing as though the type-r goes like stink that the ice wouldn't be able to stick...

Or that in a type-r you don't really have to worry about what is behind you, only what is up next for over taking!
