Accord Type R Fuel Pressure Regulator need help and suggestions :(

Hi guys. hope you guys can help

so the other day we accidently tore the gasket from it. so no way i could get home. only way was to cut a gasket small enough to fit and squeeze it when bolting the regulator back on.
15 mins after i got home i smelt fuel so i knew where it was coming from.
Only to find out that when i took off the regulator for inspection, the gasket made a leak and a crack in it too!
so now i need a replacement.

However, i do hear how I could use a adjustable fuel pressure regulator (higher prices for better performance/start off )?? I am not sure whether i need the original fuel regulator to use this or just the adjustable regulator it self?

fixed! same fuel regulator can be taken from standard honda accords decided to stick with the standard regulator instead of any adjustable ones .
