Accord VII preface and facelift cluster

Hi guys.

I have a question regarding the compatibility of accord parts. I got the Accord VII prefacelift version and looking to swap the cluster with the face lift version.

Is this possible? will there be a problem with viewing the MPG information. (cuz the preface version does not have the MPG reading or 100km/l reading).

i could be wrong, but I would expect some issues.
The pre-facelift car does not have CANbus, but the facelift does have CANbus, and I would think that the cluster in the facelift has a connection to the CANbus.
