After cleaning brake pedal switch brake light is on constantly?

Pretty as described in ***le, cleaned today and now the brake lights won't go off?
Any ideas why this would happen? Any advice appreciated!

Sack that I have realised my error, the switch wasn't far enough against the brake pedal. Doh

Haha was having quite a blonde moment, thankfully wife noticed the lights were on otherwise I would of had a very flat battery tomorrow morning
