Aftermarket exhaust for accord 7 2.4 Automatic .Drone issue .

Hi

Is there anyone who have expierniece in aftermarket exhausts like Invidia q300, hks silent hi-power or yonaka for accord 7 2.4 Automatic .
I have to buy something to kill the drone between 1200-1800rpms , but also would like to get good sporty sound if possible.
Did anyone install one if them and would like to Shere opinion about it ?

Aftermarket exhaust are usually worse for drone than OEM. Download the Spectroid app and find the offending frequency that peaks between 1200-1800rpm. Probably around around 60hz.

If the exhaust has a name like 'Hi-Power' it is either going to be consrtucted lighter than OEM, and/or have better flow for similar weight. Either option is going to have shortcomings with the dB readout at certain frequencies

A couple of years ago neighbours complained via social media when somebody nearby was commuting for shift work at around 2am each morning with a full flow thing under his hatchback. A wet baguette up the pipe a fortnight later and everything went back to normal.
