Looking to replace the stock 17 with better looking 17 or 18" rims however what is the off set on the alloy?

RIM SIZE:7 1/2 J x17" - PCD:5X114.3
 
Your Honda spec wheels are 5x114.3 and the offset is 55mm

Those mazda wheels will fit but you will need spiggot rings as the centre bore size is larger than Honda.

The mazda wheels IIRC have a 52mm offset so will sit in the arches nicer and not cause any issue like rubbing.

Super! Where can one aquire spiggot rings? And is it possible to get the centre caps to fit?
 
IIRC the hub bore for the mazda is like 67.1 and Honda is 64.1 or something similar.

You can get them on ebay easy enough either plastic or made out of billet.

Beware the plastic ones dont last long if your wheels come on and off a lot.
