Alternators honda accord 2003

At the moment i have a 100 amp alternator on my honda accord 2003, i want to upgrade it because of my sound system, are the diesel alternators higher ampage? Or does anyone know which ones fit ect? Any help appreciated.

I have a 2.0 litre k20 engine btw.

Sorry, cant help with your question but thought id add another query re alternators. Does any one know if a higher output alternator would help with head lights dimming when the air con is running?

What you can do with that is either get a secent battery like i have ( banner agm battery 70ah) or you can do the big 3 upgrade which increases the output on the alternator to the battery so basically your charging the battery quicker and if power is needed it can realease more power through the bigger wire you have installed.
