They should fit, although the standard Honda offset is around et55, the rims you suggest will stick out from the hub more and if your car is extremely low you will probably need a camber kit to avoid the arch rubbing the tyres

My Car is stock, not lowered. I am gonna guess it should be allright. Choosing wheels are so confusing

I run 17x7J, 215/45/17, ET38 on my stock hatchback with no problems. Wheels are extremely easy, you just need to watch your numbers 
watch that offset though, you really don't want much lower than that, the standard ET is 55 as Mr Honda said, so you can basically add the best part of an inch to how far they stick out now.
