anybody used this air intake

Hi Adam123,nice intake! i had one on my Almera great sound better acceleration response,but thats it really an less u have exhaust system so u can do tune up on roller as with out will never work properly u will just smell petrol in cabin in morning as engine will run rich! i would stay with pipercross,green,kn, etc... panel filter 50£ great to....but i understand great piece off kit. :)
 
Really? I thought the ecu would sort that didn't realise it would still run rich.
Looks good but not sure wether to just go for short ram
 
Hmm,ECU might sort it out and regulate,i now that when i took intake off, my car smoked white exes fuel for my be day? and then got back to normal,my opinion is that u can use it its looks cool under bonnet and sounds great,u only will need rolling road, if u have custom exhaust system,that's like stage one tuning,but i believe that hire is more experienced guys with this tweaks :ph34r:
