Hi,- forum newbie here. My 07 Accord has a type c (sat-nav) audio system and I was playing with the settings that are shown if you press and hold the power button then cycle through various options by pressing the tone button. The first option is AF on/off for RDS retune function, the second is News on/off to set news to interrupt CD or radio like traffic announcements, the fourth is PS on/off which sets display to show frequency or station name. My problem is that the third option 'REG' on/off does not appear in the manual and I can't identify what it does. Any ideas anyone? Thanks.

Reg stands for Regional and is part of the RDS system. It is to help the radio tune into local stuff - normally on the BBC - but I would be surprised if it actually did anything.
