Ball joint grease

Guys and girls as you might no I have recently brought an ingalls adjustable camber kit that comes with an adjustable ball joint.
The ball joint has a grease nipple so when fitted will need greasing.But I'm not sure what type of grease will be required for this.
Any links or types of grease will be glady helpfu.

Hi Brett, it's disappointing that there was no info with it about this! I'd use a lithium grease in the absence of other advice (my grease gun is permanently loaded with Comma lithium grease).

Thank Jon I might also email ingalls to see if they recomend a grade of grease
