Battery warranty?

Hi does any1 no if Honda battery's purchased from dealer come with warranty's or are they just wear and tear items mine was dead this morning just looked through my paperwork and was bought 24/11/2010. Just need my facts right before i phone dealer Monday morning

i remember seeing somewhere it was 5yrs or 50k whichever comes first. Don't quote me on this though.


There seems to be a hell of a lot of battery failures at the mo.

was not sure if had out to do with hid kit fitted only 2wks ago but battery done over 70k so had moneys worth just curious with warranty had a feeling Honda changed if less then 2yrs old

if it has done 70k its had a pretty good innings.
my battery was completely shot at 80k.

Learn something every day! did not know batteries had a mileage related warranty, thought it was just age related. How would anybody know what mileage you had done?

All the battery's iv seen has always come with a 3 or 5 year warranty

Phoned Honda today battery comes with 3yr warranty
