Hey Guys,

I know that this is not strictly Accord, but maybe someone can give me some pointers. I had never installed any alarms or anything of the sort, and I have this GPS unit that is laying around from my motorcycle, and I thought it would be nice to get it into my Accord.

I have this relay, which I would really like to use - and it seems like it's made to go to the engine bay, but - what exactly is the best place to wire it to? People seem to like directly to the battery, and I dislike that idea completely. Also, what's the best way to split in a fuse to this?

Any tips? Thanks.

if I was doing it, I'd forget the relay, and use the cigarette-lighter socket

Get an add a fuse they are really cheap and piggy back of something which comes on with the ignition.

Use a piggy back cable in an empty slot in the fusebox, wich gives 12v with ignition. Safest bet here.
