Bluetooth pairing with HFT problem

Well guys, I got my Accord yesterday and first impressions are it`s a great car.

I tried to pair my Blackberry today with no joy.

I cleared any settings previously stored. Followed the manual as far as puting in the pair code. Then when trying to "enter" the pairing code, it just aborts.

BT definitely on the correct settings on the BB and pairs up with my wifes Seat Exeo no problem, so can anyone advise?

OK guys. For anyone having the same problem.


The handbook tells you to say "enter" after accepting the pairing code.

Well the handbook is wrong. If you go here http://www.hondahandsfree.com/ it tells you to say "yes". Not "enter"

I now have my Blackberry paired at the first time of trying with the correct command.
