boot drain hole

Hi so was just checking the spare, now Winter is coming, and there is a little water in the well, only 5mm or so. Not enough to worry about the source but I could not locate a drain hole anywhere? There is a 2" inch disc of what appears to be steel at the lowest point and channels that go under the bolt down lug where I expected there to be one. Is there a hole ? and where exactly is it?
