I bought CL9 Accord with more then 300 000kms without service book.Changed all fluids filters adjusted valves etc.but my mechanic say that timimg chain is OK no noises and that I shouldnt change it until its noisy. Can chain snap without engine getting noisy or some error code before that happens? Thanks to all!

Haven't seen a petrol chain snap yet. But there's always a first. Normally the chain stretches then you get codes come up. The petrol chain isn't a bad job to do its easier than the diesels.

Yes, it will become noisy, and you will feel that the car doesn't start that easily like before.
CEL code should also show up.

If you are really worried get the tensioner measures after if gone past its limit it should be replaced its easier than having to replace chain and is cheap to buy.
