Can you see if the exhaust manifold has been replaced on the diesel?

Going to see a 7th gen diesel tourer today, the owner thinks it has had the exhaust manifold replaced under warranty but does not have any evidence, is there a way to tell by looking at it whether it has been replaced?

If it has the newer, single cast manifold then the heat shield has 2 bolts... the earlier, welded one had 3 bolts holding the heat shield on.
