I am seeking out some center caps for a set of 15" wheels that look like this:

I found these on eBay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/261424533584?ssPageName=STRK:MEBOFFX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1432.l2649

However they are listed as 17" caps so my question is, does anyone know if the centre caps are the same on this style of wheel (regardless of rim size)?

I'll take a guess, but its only a guess that it is the same.

Here is the info from Lings for my wheel, I have the same wheel in 16" size

CAP FOR 08W16S30600F

Googling for the Honda P/No 08W16-S30-C0002, takes me to http://www.partsbase.org/parts/honda-08w16s30c0002/

That site lists the Accord and Prelude as sharing that specific part.

What do you think?

Sorry for the super late reply. Bought (well paid over the odds) for a single cap to see if they fit (was advertised as 17" and it appears they do, IF the wheel nuts dont stick out further than the studs (which they do for me sadly).

So I guess il have to go shopping for new wheel nuts too. :(

Thanks again Andy fo the info. Turned out your hunch was right after all.

EDIT: Andy, how did you get hold of 16" 4-stud alloys? I ***ume it came with the car?

I have the same alloys in 16"s too.
The 16" alloys come on the sport model :)

Hmmm, mine are 15's and AFAIK, only the Sport Accords had them in 4-stud paterns. So how come mine are only 15's? Unless you could upgrade them to an inch larger or something? Very strange.

Still, there's a Prelude with a set of caps on eBay that are available. Hopefully they are still there when i'm paid. Only issue is where can I buy the wheel nuts that I know will fit?...

I don't understand why they would stick out further than the studs. Are they a capped nut on yours?

They used to be ones that hold wheel trims on so they arn't designed to hide under alloy caps.

Eh? I have just replaced my wheel nuts and mines are longer than the standard ones and fit no bother and mines are open ended... They must be some size of nuts youve got on yours if they caps dont fit.. And the 15 inch ones are civic wheels lol

No, i'm using the ones that deliberately stick out, they were used to hold he wheel trims on and also to look aesthetically good.
