Changing fluids

Hi all

I'm looking into renewing my gearbox and clutch fluid as they'res no record in my service history

Whats the best gearbox and clutch fluid to buy? As I plan to supply the fluids and have my local friendly garage change them

My gearchange, although not crunchy is a bit on the sloppy and notchy side so hoping chnanging the fluids will help

Car is a 6th gen 2.0 exec, 51 plate

I'm gonna order some MTF and crush washers from them in the coming weeks. I have had brake/clutch fluid from them previously, good price, service and delivery

Honda recommended fluid is the way to go for these. Simple as.
