Cigarete lighter fuses

The cigarette lighter under my armrest stopped working today. (I have a seat warmer plugged into it which was working fine for 1-2 weeks). The interesting thing is the other cigarette lighter in the front ashtray works fine.

Does anyone know if they are on separate fuses and what fuse #s I should be looking at?

Also any ideas what else the problem is or how to figure out if the cig lighter can take the load from the seat warmer?

I just pulled all of my fuses in my footwell and checked them one by one, couldnt find any blown fuses. Would appreciate if anyone could suggest what I could try before visiting honda.
