CL9 Track day question?!

Hi straight to the point
Do you strip down the rear of the car when you do a a track day .... last track day I stripped everything from the back back seats, all the boot panels, spare tire ...
but now when I install them again ....cause I daily my CL9 I noticed that the only “heavy part is actually the spare tire and maybe the back seats the upper part not the one u sit on ....
which makes it worthless all the remove for like 20kg ...

Never taken a car to a track day but i would say any weight saved must be a bonus.
I mean Honda changed the gear gaiter on the NSX-R from leather to mesh...just to save 10 grams (as per Top Gear).
I would think every little helps.
